GigabitNow is bringing fiber Internet for everyone!

GigabitNow is excited to announce that the new Fiber Network is live in areas of the city, and we are committed to making our services accessible to everyone who wants it. As construction efforts continue and more homes can be connected, we will open the financial assistance program to the residents in serviceable areas and ensure that anyone who wants ultrafast fiber Internet can receive it at an affordable price. We offer a special low-cost plan for those who qualify, as well as the Affordable Connectivity Program which provides $30 off the monthly cost of any of our speed plans. Read below for more details. Special 250 Mbps Plan for Qualified Customers

We are pleased to offer a 250 Mbps plan for $30 per month for qualifying customers.

It's simple to apply. If you are currently enrolled in any of the following programs, you automatically qualify for the $30 250 Mbps plan:

  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  • Recipients of Supplemental Security Income (SSI/OASDI)
  • Medicaid
  • Veterans Pension or Survivor Benefits
  • The Indiana Department of Education’s Free/Reduced Meals
  • WIC
  • The Indiana Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Section 8 Vouchers or Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV)

Alongside our budget-friendly plans, GigabitNow has also partnered with the Affordable Connectivity Program. The Affordable Connectivity Program is an FCC benefit that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more. If you qualify, you can get $30 off any of our plans.
