A simple search can show if fiber is nearby, but only your exact Fullerton address can show whether it’s ready for you.

Use the GigabitNow Fullerton address checker instead of a map, ZIP code, or a roommate’s result.

  1. Open the official checker.
  2. Enter the complete service address, including an apartment or unit number when it applies.
  3. Read the result and use the action shown for that address.

A nearby address can get a different result

“Near me” might be a few blocks over, across town, or a different type of home. The Fullerton FiberCity network is being built citywide, but not every address is ready at the same time. A nearby household may have a different unit number, property-access situation, or current network status.

Search engines use your location or a broad service area. That helps you find a provider, but it cannot confirm service at a particular home. The same goes for a ZIP code, a construction project on the next street, or a neighbor who can already order.

Moving or renting? Check the address you will actually use, including the apartment number. If a house is still in escrow, use the listing address and check again when you are ready to order.

What your address result means

The checker gives an action with the result. Follow that action rather than trying to infer availability from a map.

Result What It Means Your Next Action
Great news! You can get service now. The checker shows GigabitNow Fiber Internet is available for the address entered. Select Order Now to continue on GigabitNow’s order path.
Great news! Your address will be included as part of the new network. The checker shows the address is included, but the page does not present it as available now. Choose Pre-Order Now or Get Notified When Available.
We’re Unable to Verify Service Availability at This Address The checker cannot confirm the address from the current result. That is not the same as a no. Complete the Verify Your Address form and select Submit Address for a confirmation by email.

Help bring fiber to your apartment, HOA, or business

SiFi Networks is building the Fullerton FiberCity network that GigabitNow operates on. Before fiber can be brought into an apartment building, HOA community, or business property, the owner or board must give right-of-entry permission. Connecting an eligible property is free, with no build-cost obligation to ownership.

  • Apartment, condo, senior-living, or other MDU: If the checker offers an order or pre-order option, sign up. Then share the Multi-Family page with the property manager or owner. Email GigabitNow Fullerton Support at support@gigabitnow.com with the property name, address, and the manager or owner’s public or permissioned contact information.
  • HOA community: Send the Homeowners Association page to the board. If your address offers an order or pre-order option, use it. Then send GigabitNow the board’s public or permissioned contact information so the right-of-entry conversation can start.
  • Business address: The owner or property manager can request a free evaluation through the GigabitNow Fullerton Business page for the service address. That begins the conversation about the property’s needs and permission for SiFi Networks to build there.

Why construction may appear finished before your home is ready

The crews you see are usually installing underground conduit, which gives fiber cables a path later. That work can wrap up long before fiber is placed and the network is tested.

So a finished street does not mean every home on it is ready for service. Work may also be scheduled around City or utility projects, which can lengthen the gap.

Construction, a yard sign, a map, or a neighbor’s experience cannot confirm that your home is ready. Check your address on GigabitNow Fullerton address checker and follow the result shown.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a Fullerton ZIP code prove fiber internet is available at my home?

No. A ZIP code covers many addresses. Use the GigabitNow Fullerton address checker with the complete service address to see the result for your home or unit.

If fiber work is happening near me, can I order GigabitNow service now?

Not necessarily. Construction activity near a home does not confirm service for that address. Check the address directly and follow the result shown by GigabitNow.

What should I do if GigabitNow cannot verify my address?

Complete the Verify Your Address form on the Fullerton checker and select Submit Address. The checker states that a member of the team will email you directly to confirm service eligibility.

I live in an apartment or condo. Should I still check my address?

Yes. Enter the full address, including the unit number when you have one. For an apartment or other MDU, share GigabitNow’s Multi-Family Info Sheet with the property manager. For an HOA or condo association, share the Homeowners Association Info Sheet with the board and email GigabitNow the public or permissioned property contact information.

Does an address listed as included mean service is available today?

No. The checker distinguishes an address that is included in the new network from one where service is available now. Use Pre-Order Now or Get Notified When Available when the checker presents those options.

What if I need fiber for a Fullerton business?

Use the GigabitNow Fullerton Business page to request a business evaluation for the service address.
