Subscriber Update

GigabitNow has exciting updates to share with you about Fullerton FiberCity network construction and availability! The time is drawing near for the installation and activation of Fiber Internet services for the first group of residents. Although there have been some delays in construction and the current global pandemic has caused some challenges, our teams have continued to make great progress in getting the Fullerton Fiber Network built.

Fullerton FiberCity, the organization that is constructing the network, is nearing the completion of the first milestone in the project. This will allow us to begin service activations for the first portion of the city. Once complete, this will enable Internet services to be delivered to those residences and businesses in areas where the FiberCity construction team has been busy building out the network. It also allows construction to move forward to other areas of Fullerton, ensuring Fiber Internet is available to everyone soon.

Soon we will start setting installation appointments and activating fast, reliable Gigabit Fiber Internet service to the first residents in the city! Here are a few key things to look forward to over the next few months:

• Expect further updates as we get closer to the completion of the first stage.
• If you have not preregistered your home or business with GigabitNow, please do so soon. We are prioritizing those that preregister when it comes time for installations in each neighborhood.
